July 28, 2026 — MUDJJ Issues Formal Rejoinder to UN Security Council Session, Demands Recognition as Haiti's Government-in-Waiting

In response to the United Nations Security Council session of July 20, 2026, MUDJJ released a formal diplomatic rejoinder presenting evidence of corruption, gang collusion, and governance failure by the Fils-Aimé government.

Key Points:

· A $60 million/year contract with Erik Prince's Vectus Global signed without parliamentary approval

· 1,243 civilian deaths from drone strikes, with zero gang leaders captured

· Allegations of sexual assault by Kenyan police deployed to Haiti — warnings issued by MUDJJ were ignored

· The Kenscoff massacre where 61 residents, including 14 children, were killed while government officials were abroad
